The last two summers have proved to be very difficult for our beautiful butterflies and moths with cold nights and heavy daytime rainfall reducing the numbers dramatically. Sowing wildflowers, offering food alternatives and providing boxes for them to settle overnight and hibernate is all we can do to help these wonderful creatures.
